Are your cleaning products safe for children and pets?
We offer green or eco-friendly cleaning options, utilizing products that are safe for both children and pets. Please request that during your in-home estimate.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, check, and cash.
Is my presence required during cleaning?
It is not necessary for you to be home during the cleaning. Many customers arrange to leave their keys at the front desk, under a mat, in lockboxes, or with neighbors, whichever you prefer.
When are your cleaning services available?
You can schedule a cleaning with us any day of the week. Cleaning sessions are generally available from 8AM to 6PM, Monday through Sunday. For times outside of these hours, please contact our support team for arrangements.

Our cleaners from Excellence Cleaning bring all necessary supplies, including vacuums and mops. If you prefer us to use specific cleaning products, please inform us and have them available for use.
